Garden Porn?

I KNOW!!!
I had to post pictures on Facebook... and of course here. LOL

I realized that I somehow edited my beans down to only one kind of pole bean.... so I guess I'm just going to have to place another order - darn it. (hehehehehe)
They sent me 2 freebee packets. One of the little round carrots and one green cantalope (sp?). I keep looking at all those seeds and looking at my little 15' circle... and thinking "I'm going to have veggies tucked in ALL OVER the yard this year". :D

Yeah, they sent me the green melon too... its like a honeydew from what I've read. I'm so thrilled because I was going to order 2 melons and I put one back and decided not to. They read my mind and I am so very happy!

One step at a time Marshall - baby steps...
Small circle this year. Another circle next year? Half the back yard the year after? All 25 acres one day??? LOL

I failed to order 2 months ago and missed out on 2 seeds I wanted.

Still I spent $80 withb them this year. I think I have 80+ things I'm planting this year.

Got my first order and the catalog came with it. I'd ordered the yard long beans and they're out of stock...at least the variety I ordered. Got several other catalogs too...need to get a grip or I'll end up with a lot more seed than I have room to plant! Also got 'em from Johnny's and seedsaver.

I ended up getting several different kinds of beans, nothing like Marshall, of course! Got some nice bush ones for tucking here and there among the flowers, some regular ole pole beans and a different variety of long bean we found locally. We're very fond of green beans and in past years I've bought them by the bushel at a local farmer's market and canned them. I've never tried growing enough to can before, so it should be interesting. I just hope they'll come on in such a way that I can harvest enough for a batch all at once...I don't like to have them sitting around for too long before processing. We'll keep the "bushies" mostly for eating fresh.

SOmeone stop me!!! I'm on their website thinking of ordering a few more packets. No no no no.... bad... stop....

Even the husband flipped through the seed catalog one last time...
