How I wish I could. Just kick grass over it.
I get carrier bags full of
bags. My friend has given me a bin, I put a carrier bag inside then add in the
bags. Thankfully we have a collection bin at our church, so a bag has already been taken there yesterday. Phew 
The rest of our roses collection will have to be added to our own collection. It's a shame we can't compost it.
