On Thursday, a tearful lady came up to Nancy and I, as I was looking for a bag to travel with.
At first I didn't recognise her. It was the lady that was left with Nancy, when her partner had left her and the children along with of course my Nancy.
She was really moved seeing her again and was amazed at the transformation in her. She said that she couldnt get over how calm she had become.
Her comments made me realise just how much she has actually settled down.
Nancy was really polite and greeted her and the lady with her, then immediately came back looking at me.
It's funny how we don't notice the difference.
On our way back to our home, the non stop barking dog in our road just didn't faze her at all. Again confirming to me that my little lady has finally started feeling a heck of a lot more secure.
Here she is still a little tired on this chilly sunny morning.
