Those caterpillars are cool, but those aren't eyes! That's the rear-end of the caterpillar, and the 'eyes' are to draw attention away from the actual head. Some caterpillars are quite awesome looking that way, check out Google image page for some really neat looking critters!
I probably should have worded that better, sorry. Or just put "eyes", LOL. I guess saying that is better than saying that caterpillar has a cool butt!
