Even west Texas ranch land has jumped in value. It's all about what people are willing to pay.

In New Mexico, if you are near a water source the land is going for those prices. If you are out just a few miles, prices will drop WAY down. Of course, if you are up in the mountains, then the price goes back up.

I can't wait to see your lambs next year! I took this picture yesterday at mom's place. Her neighbour brings his triplets to her so she can check if the are doing o.k.
