I dont know how to cook them, never had wild shrooms before. I dont know if we can eat the stems or anything. They are loosley wrapped in a towel in the produce drawer of the fridge for now.
We live in REALLY rural MN. Grandma has been moved out for over a year now and we slacked off on mowing her yard for 2 weeks now. She loves trees so there are Elm and Cottonwoods that are 60+ years old all over, making it like a park. There are no dead trees and the biggest mushrooms were actually growing under the swingset!
I have never felt so lucky EVER this is amazing! I am now really motivated to check out the neighbor's pasture...
