My Vietnamese friend gave me a big bulk bag of amazing dried green tea. I also purchased some dried orange and lemon peel but I am kind of lost from here. I've briefly looked at recipes online but nothing made me all that excited. Has anyone made their own dried tea blend before?

I have tried some ideas. I have had the best luck adding my herbs to store bought tea. Adding your lemon peel to the green tea, would be delish! Let us know what you try.

If yellow jasmine blooms in the spring where you live, you might want to gather some and dry it to add to your tea.

I don't do "regular" tea blends but I tend to play around quite a lot with herbals. To punch up a bland tea like oat straw, I'll add a dash of mint, maybe some fennel seed, some lemon or orange rind....no set recipes, I just "play" LOL...sometimes it's great and sometmes...well, not so much :) If it's a specific medicinal herb tea, I'll put in quite a bit of other stuff to mask the nasty taste.
