Welcome from Louisiana, glad you found us. Grab an appropriate beverage, pull up a chair, put your feet up, and jump right in. Make yourself at home.

Our “new” house has a couple of raised beds currently sporting a bumper crop of Bermuda grass. I’m thinking covering with heavy black plastic, weighted down for the fall/winter might be part of the solution. Any recommendations? Not crazy about herbicides, May have to tho.

Bermuda grass. Pour gasoline on it, light ‘er up! And it will come back in the spring! LOL

Welcome to the forum from Texas. You can raise a lot of vegetables in small beds.

I’ll trade my Creeping Charlie, ragweed, lambs quarters, crab grass, spotted spurge and thorny pigweed for your Bermuda! AARRGGHH!! No matter what the weed, they are a pain.
