The pond isn't nearly big enough to require a backhoe Bob. I'll dig it by hand.

I could use a backhoe, my pond is dry and I want it deep enough for fish and swans, maybe someday I'll find a backhoe/excavator I can borrow for a couple of days...

i drive by a hardware store that rents out a small excavator/backhoe and i've wanted to rent it to put a small pond in the yard for my koi & catfish.

I rented a backhoe for digging out my pond, wasn't cheap but worth it.

It's not much to look at but we have added 2 new rose bushes today! Happy Mother's day to me I only took pictures of the rose bushes because there is still some cleaning that needs done
