I don't think so. It's mostly sugar. There's not hardly any nitrogen or phosphorus or potassium in it. You'd get a plague of bugs, for sure--and honey is fairly preservative, so I can't see a sticky paste of honey and bugs rotting down into anything nourishing to a plant.

I could see where it might be good for Venus fly traps.
