Are you trying to make me cry??? I was just looking at the weather- it said it was going to be "chilly" tonight. That is -5 to -15. Now really, I don't call that "chilly"!! Enjoy all that beautiful spring weather- what I wouldn't give to see a daffodil right now!
Good for you- getting all your work done!

My body just wants to go lay out in the yard with the little one, or play on the swings... but the yard looks terrible and needs love & attention it hasn't gotten in MONTHS!

The idea of dragging all the brush to the burn pile is killing me... but it needs to be done!

It's days like this, vfem, that I remember why I moved to NC in the first place!

Did my carrots last weekend. Planted my spinach & lettuces yesterday, & will start on the strawberries this afternoon!

Fabulous, my spinach actually sprouted! At least 1/2 of it is up when I checked today... and I found some carrots I planted in the fall that never came up, actually started sprouting and I found them near where I was going to plant my peas! WOW!

Hope I don't make anyone mad, but it was about 82 today!

So I pruned my fruit trees and raspberry canes. Hubby helped me clear the back of the property where he's going to put his bees and new compost pile has been started!

What a busy busy busy and GREAT weekend!!!!!!

82? Is that Fahrenheit or celsius? I think we might have hit 30, and thats Fahrenheit!
