My annual batch of Hot Cross Buns. :drool If you don't like the ones from the store, these are for you - soft and moist and stay that way for days. (although they never last for days here)
We'll probably go through two batches this year.

Ok, Jojo, I know what I'm doing tomorrow! I need to bake bread anyway and those look so yummy! But I think I'll have to sub dried blueberries for the currants as I wasn't planning on a trip to town. I bookmarked the recipe, thanks! :drool

I'm trying your recipe tonight! I'm using the bread maker on the dough setting because I'm lazy...

I'm also making due with what I have at the house... Dried cranberries and raisins for the fruit... I can't wait to try it!
