Garden Addicted
The ones I like are more firm and hotter than the sweets with a pronounced onion flavor that doesn't cook out. They really make you cry when you cut them. I've almost given up on finding them in stores lately. I don't know why they don't seem to be available any more. I've pretty much settled on shallots for most of my cooking.
