One batch is mild and one is spicy. My son has taken a liking to eating spicy food so I am finally making a spicy salsa for canning. I usually just make mild and add pepper flakes to my plate when I eat but this is the real deal!

I baked a loaf of bread today. It's not a sourdough because flies invade the minute I ferment anything it's way too risky to be honest I'm not getting on to well with sourdough at all.
So my favourite flour is splelt secondly is wholem

eal so the two mentioned was used.
4 kilo of spelt, 2 kilos of wholemeal an 1 kilo of plain . All organic

Of all the things that has gone wrong these past few months for once this has turned out beautifully 😍

How about purple salsa :drool

Okay okay, it's not it's pickled beetroot with raw garlic thrown in.
Sugar salt, cayenne pepper and good old cider vinegar 😋

I have a lot of mixed locally grown tomatoes i would love that recipe too jar it up.
