We here just recovered from it. DH boss recommended Pedialite. And it worked. As well as using guiafenesin to loosen the mucus. I rarely get the flu, but it got me this winter. Cough drops. Hot tea with honey/lemon. And tissues. I used 4-5 boxes.

Lots of sneezing and coughing up mucus. Food wasn't appealing in the least. Beef made us both relapse.

Here is probably flat on his back. I now that I was on Monday, not the flu, but run down throwing up and...the other...4 hrs sleep. Still tender tummy. I wanted orange juice.
