@buckabucka I had a 5 tray dehydrator with no fan, I think I paid $12 for it. It was OK for making jerky, just took a long time. I gave it to someone with no dehydrator and she was thrilled. Yes, you must get an Excalibur. I can't wait to get to dehydrating again.
I ran out of dehydrated bell peppers. Have one more small bit of dehydrated hash browns, almost out of fruit leather or roll ups, have a few packages of tomatoes, out of onions. Must. Dehydrate. More.
