I'd Like to Know What This Weed Is?

My hubby says Chickweed.

The first pics look like chickweed to me, but the last on looks like ground ivy. I have both in my yard. My animals love the chickweed, it is a tender plant. The ground ivy is tough. It has a distinct smell, almost minty. It is also one of the few plants that stays green all year here, which actually makes it easier for me to pull.
