If you had to choose one...

So, if you had to choose one absolute favorite vegetable to EAT... not one that you really appreciate or use a lot, or even get the chance to grow... but your favorite TREAT to eat, what would it be? I have to claim for myself it's a tie between Artichokes and Kale. I love them both... If there are any leftovers from dinner, as soon as my tummy settles, I finish them off... even if it's a few hours after everyone else has gone to bed... anyone else obsessed like I am? I hope!!!

I love artichokes as well. Steamed and dipped in lemon garlic butter is my method of choice.

outside of the obvious 3 of peppers, onion, tomatoes, for me it's okra followed by asparagus.
