For an apartment?!?
I have driven by the California "castle." Don't recall that was difficult to miss. Wonder if that Spanish-American war his newspapers provoked Americans into was worth it.
Just watching a show about Ireland. 38mil might buy a nice little piece of land and cottage there.
Remember Patty's boyfriend was a "Steve Weed." I wonder if she could ever have been happy with a guy named "Weed" after her experiences . . .

I wouldn't pay 38 dollars for an apartment, much less 38 million. I gotta have dirt.
