Well.... it won't be March here until tomorrow, but the weather today is WONDERFUL. In the high 70's with a breeze.

Wind gusts over 50mph sure sounds like "in like a Lion" but the farmer's almanac forecast of:

"Fair skies; moderating temperatures" for Duck's neck of the woods doesn't!

We are supposed to have gusts above 30mph and it is just now becoming windy. Overnight it was 18°f but with absolutely gorgeous blue skies (!) the morning sunshine has melted the snow and ice on the road to my morning errands - except for the shady places.

Forecast makes it look like this will be our only sunny day this week but the piddling amount of snow forecast isn't very intimidating. I think this might be an "in like a Kitten."

We're supposed to be getting a severe storm tomorrow. Too warm right now. Everything is blooming already, including the trees. I am going to bet we don't get another spell of real winter weather here though.

I'm loving the fresh snow we just got! Covered the gravel on the roads so I can keep kicksledding for a little longer. Today was beyond pretty, it was glorious with that blue blue sky and sunshine and puffy clouds. I'm ordering a dozen more! :)

Snow is beautiful but give me a sunny sky with trees blooming and frogs chirping anyday, lol.
