Irish Creme Recipe

Smart Red reminded me I mentioned this then didn't give you the recipe. It's like Bailey's Irish Cream only lots cheaper. It's so good you can drink it on the rocks, or put it in coffee. The recipe makes enough to give some away and keep some for yourself.

Irish Creme

2 TBLSP Chocolate syrup
2 Eggs (Or egg-beaters)
1 Cup Alcohol, like bourbon or vodka
1 Can Sweetened condensed Milk
1 Pint Heavy Whipping Cream

Mix first 4 ingredients together in blender, blend one minute.
Add the whipping cream and blend for one more minute.

Store in Fridge. Shake before using, as it settles a little.
