A mule can't reproduce as it is sterile, so there can't be a mamma mule . A mamma bay mare is a horse of course ! So, let us all wish Baymule's human mamma a very happy 91st BIRTHDAY ! :celebrate :ya :woot :love

You know, NyBoy, that is a good question.

Wikipedia: "The Nineteenth Amendment, which prohibited state or federal sex-based restrictions on voting, was ratified by sufficient states in 1920."

American Indians gained the right to vote, supposedly, in 1924 but it wasn't until 1948 that the last 2 states, Arizona and New Mexico, dropped their restrictions on Native Americans voting as the result of a federal lawsuit. So, we might say that all American women were all able to vote after 1948.
