Hi,

Yes, my package has arrived safe and sound. Not a single thing was wilted and everything looks incredible.

I was expecting something but nothing can describe the amount of plant product that came through in such a small box.

I already sent Beefy a Thank You email, but I also know how nice it is to share our new treasures with everyone. It is almost like a gift to everyone when we get to see all the goodies!

Sadly, I broke my camera. I have no clue what happened but the driver is not recognized and when I tried to retrieve a new driver from Kodak it is not working. Microsoft is not recognizing the driver either. So I guess it is just a technological wonder to put on the shelf. :barnie

Hopefully by Christmas I will have a new camera, I promise to share everything then.

Here is a list of things I got:

2 pieces of Kalanchoe (red and pink)
2 pieces of Bromeliad (one with a nice red bloom spike)
2 pieces of Coleus (very pretty colors)
1 rooted piece of Hoya (see how crying for something works LOL)
3 nice bulbs of Hurricane Lily (I put these in with my other Amaryllis)
a nice clump of Purple Hearts!
a nice clump of Asiatic Dayflower!
a huge clump of Spiderwort (which I divided into 6 plantings!)
a beautiful specimen of Resurrection Fern (this is an epiphyte)
a baggie of seeds for African Iris (called Fortnight Lily)

And, the most special part! I got a stow-away! When I was mounting the Resurrection Fern a spider stepped out to say hello!

I was very careful not to cause him too much stress and he is now living in my greenhouse. I hope that one day he forms a nice web so that he can help me keep any flying pests from bothering anyone!

I am so thrilled to have been on the receiving end of a wonderful selection of plants. I promise to share soon!

Ron :thumbsup

Ron also got some hens and chicks, just so everyone knows. lol ;)
OMG, I keep doing that, I think I have missed at least one of them when describing them to folks in emails. When I initially wrote you I completely forgot to mention the Bromeliad! :love

Yes, Hens and Chicks! LOL

Thanks again Beefy!

let me know how the coleus turn out...

Ron got his package yesterday!
The Coleus are doing good. They looked great when I got them. Then they wilted for a few days and now are perking back up!

Thank you for clearing up the names of the lilies for me.
