Knock out Roses

Hi, I'm Julie/Bamachicken on the other board. Thought I would share a picutre I took yesterday of one of our knockout roses. They are low maintanence and we prune like a hedge. Bloom here from Feb to Dec.

Is that just one bush? I've been thinking about getting one for my front yard flower bed... I saw one at K-mart but it was called Double Knockout Roses... Your's is very beautiful... I heard that they are very easy to keep up and they bloom all year... Just seeing yours makes me want to go today and get me one.

Yes, Eva that is just one. We have about 10 or 12 in our Yard. They grow amazingly fast and have to be kept pruned like a hedge or they will get huge. We cut this one back in Feb to about 2 1/2 feet tall and look at it now. Very low maintanence. We fertilize a couple of time a year.

Very pretty! :rose Do those roses have a nice scent to them? I think the knockout trees look nicer than the bushes - but they're both so pretty!

i love my knockout roses! they exploded last week. petals everywhere!

my mom got a double knockout rose the other day but i like mine better.

they are getting other colors too.
