Massachusetts Institute of Technology

There are many studies on this topic and almost every one points to the fact that most Americans value the dollar more than health. I also realize that farmers (of which group I am a member nowadays) must strive to make a living. And that "better living through chemistry" is vital to survival but there must be a solution to this terrible quandary.

If a food processor can purchase a product for 13¢/lb. from Kansas, California or Georgia and 12¢/lb. from China you can rest assured that China will get the order. What's a farmer to do?

I wish there was an easy answer.

The researcher Seneff is well known for comming to conclusions based on her biased research. :idunno
