I love you, I love you, I love you, I love you.....
I'm such a shmuck! Every year and Every season I lose my cabbage to cabbage moths... I did row covers this year and it seemed to stunt their growth, then I pull the row covers off and STILL chewed up by cabbage moth worms.
This is now my spring solution. I will NEVER give up on my yummy cabbage!!!
.....glad to help....I'm a Cabbage-aholic ....I use it in alot of my European recipes.....I just love the flavor and texture of a fresh cabbage.
You know what, I'm actually thinking of making the trellis out of steel pipes. I probably should, to be able to hold all that weight from the melons and especially watermelons. I grow bamboo and use them for trellises throughout the garden, but don't even think bamboo would be strong enough.
