I have 6 Concord Grape Vines on 3 Trellises in the middle of my property

I have a large mass of Wild Muscadine Grapes on the Southwest part of my property that I want to prune and train on another 3 Trellises in this location.

I would like to add a few more types of grapes next year and I am just wondering about cross polination between multiple types of grapes, Should this be a concern?

don't worry about cross polination. just plant what ever you got planed. Muscadine Grapes will not cross polination other type grapes. plus you sould only worry if you was planting the seed and they are not a good way of getting new vines. Cuttings are you best bet. so have fun and good luck.
