Had to run to big box store, of course I had to check out their garden center. Pots of mums where every where, a sign fall is coming. What signs say Fall to you?

The light falls differently, the sun is later coming up and earlier going down, and the days begin to give me a melancholy feeling.

I always get this urgent sense that there are too many things I haven't finished and winter will catch me unprepared.

And the mums at the big box stores.

Oh! I also have a crazy maple in the line of maples on the driveway that is glowing orange and red already. So that too.

Fall in the air, especially in the mornings. The shadows start changing.

The internal biological clock. I can tie my eyes, but I still say that autumn is near. Sounds other, air. I thought about buying bulbs for winter bloom.
