Thanks catjac! The only thing I take right now are supplements, and advil or aleve if I need it. When my stomach is really bothering me, I've found a tsp of baking soda in a glass of water works wonders. But I'd like to have the stomach issues a lot less! I'm going to eliminate gluten, dairy, corn, soy, yeast and eggs entirely for a week or two, and if I feel better with all of them gone, I'll add them back in slowly, one at a time, to see which one I'm reacting to. Hopefully it's not all of them!!
