@Nyboy Here’s the thing. These mega rich have made you (& will make you)a lot of money. You knew and know this. You also know that they expect “perks” because of it. Who you do and do not give these perks to is your call. Charge her, don’t charge her. Shaving her dog was________ . Her bad doesn’t make yours right. Now stop the pity party and get to work.....

Now continue to complain about these things here as I get joy laughing at your exploits. Makes me very happy I choose to live in sticks. Yes, we have those types here as well & they don’t have the “I am rich” excuse....

i've had to deal with a lot of rich & highly educated people when i did the customer service gig the past 4 years. if you owed them $$$ they'd be on you quicker than flies in .....you know what. but if they owed money back they could care less or they tried negotiating it with you when we aren't the ones they pay that money to...they owe that to the doctors or the hospitals & when you've sat on those bills for too long you get sent to collections & we can't do anything for you when that happens.

We haven't been totally ripped off very often fortunately, (we're both self employed). But when we have it's been by those easily able to pay.
The rip offs have always been doctors and lawyers
oddly enough.

HEY!!!! DH is an attorney!!
We DO know some that charge 2 arms and 2 legs (for criminal cases) and then tell their client to plea. $25K in some cases and we aren't a big city. If you plea you do NOT need to pay a lawyer, just use the PD.

Sorry @ducks4you , I didn't mean to imply all attorney and doctors were cheats. Just an interesting factoid that the times we were ripped off those were the professions that were the perps.
