Wife bought it. I grew it. Waste of $$$$, garden space and time. Why not just grow a flavored green that is good?

as for kale, i hear it's very good deep fried.

In the South, deep fried anything is good! I bought kale seed, I'll have to fry up some. Plain or battered?

Bay deep fry in butter then melt some cheese. Will make a old shoe taste good
