Indy tire change!
While Ruthy started the blanch and freeze of the first 32 Broccoli i pulled the spent plants and replanted the next 32! As a “square ft. Gardner i gave up on “recommended proper spacing” a long time ago.
In a 3 X 6 ft. Section of one bed i plant 18 holes with two plants in a hole and they make just fine. I’ve got the timing down pretty good as to when to start and so forth.
It’s frantic for a couple days, twice a season but after that we’ll appreciate this once the snow fly’s!
