Sure, just don't over do it... I would use them like chives. Chop and enjoy in your favorite recipes!

Yes you can... not too many though. 1-2 is more then enough before it slows the bulbs growth.

Yes, i would recommend you use them like chives in your recipes. And don't take too many of them off the onion.
