Organic gardening 2025

I'm picturing a box, like a tackle box with a clear lid, cut the drawers out. Traveling greenhouse for seedlings.
Or one of these. Would it fit on the dash?
I put the seeds in paper egg cartons and then put them on a cookie sheet. When I water I only have to place water in the cookie sheet. The paper absorbs the water and the seeds don't get disturbed.

I just bought some more soil because I have to get the potatoes hilled up. I also bought spaghetti squash and watermelon seeds.

That's exciting so early in the year! Good going!
Thank you. I had a bunch of squash come up in 2023 from out of the blue. I didn't even know that I had planted that much. I dug them out and took them to the daughter in law to give to her former co-worker and she ended up letting them all die. I don't know if these will survive but I am hoping that they do.

I miss @Ridgerunner . He continues to stop by TEG in the bean thread every now and then.

The cold & snowy weather here in 2019 was record or near-record during the final days of February and 1st days of March. I just noticed that we had a record of -1°F (-18°C) on the 1st of March and 18" of snow cover locally. I looked back at the TEG weather reporting for 2019.

Ridge' had just moved to a new home in the South and would move again soon after. The 2nd move was probably disappointing to him because he had just set up a nice backyard garden of raised beds and posted a picture in the weather thread. Here is the picture:
