I read that article the other day...I always say "everything in moderation, including moderation". Healthy choices are certainly important- but it possible to take anything too far...I do notice there is less and less I enjoy purchasing from the grocery store. We are so spoiled with our garden goodies- it is hard to go back to the mealy old apples, etc. that are offered in the store.
