Overwintered Geraniums

It is very easy, the hardest part is remembering half way though winter to give them a soak.

One of my favorite restaurants had a greenhouse entry. Little old Italian man that owned the place had pots of geraniums about 10 feet tall. Funny middle of winter you walk in and surrounded by geranium flowers

I'm wondering if it would be better to try and take cuttings off the plants in the fall and pot up in the spring.

I remember has a kid my uncle who had a greenhouse showed me how to root geranium cuttings. Over 40 years ago but I clearly remember.

So many things can be rooted but most people don't know how easy it is. Use to be everyone would grab a cutting off people's plants.
