Hi all 
I have a palm that is doing well, but I am starting to see more and more brown leaves. Here are some pics:
Is there too much light, or not enough?
Also, is it showing signs of either not enough water, or too much? The woman at the nursery when I bought this several months ago, said to keep the soil damp, but a couple of yt vids are saying to let the soil dry out completely, and then saturate it. Any thoughts will be appreciated... thanks!
