Parsley plant

Those are all good ideas for my tastes. Altough using parsley on baked fish would immediately run up against DW's and my competition between dill and lemon basil. She nearly always wins on that because of the more limited window for available basil and that I also like the dill ;).

She bought a bag of frozen, cooked rice with parsley, the other day. Of all things to buy for our kitchen where a rice cooker is in almost continuous use! Anyway, the combination is not a bad idea and somewhat similar to parsley on baked potatoes.

I have made quiche since I was a kid. Cheese on top of egg in a crust ... parsley for an additional flavor :).

Dill with lemon basil on baked fish sounds really good too! When I cook fish such as flounder or cod, I get the thin fillets and I dip them in egg, coat with Panko, then pan fry in butter or other oil. Then I made homemade tartar sauce and put a little on top of these crispy morsels!

Parsley does great in its first year with lots of leaves. By the second year, it starts flowering and setting seeds and the leaves get a bit tougher. Some people replant each year for fresh growth but leaving some to seed works too. Just keep picking it, and it’ll keep growing STRONG
