In looking at it again it seems like you should remove some of the small branches. Did you top it when you pruned? It should be reduced to 3-4 main branches. I don't think topping it is the best way to prune.

Cat, I don't know anything about pruning! I only know to prune suckers, any crossing branches, dead ones, and to prune to an outward bud/leaf. I guess I topped it. I just kept cutting to shape it. lol I will check to see how many main branches it has and prune it more if it needs it.

Hi Mary, Pear set Fruiting Spurs in fall. If the Spurs have been pruned off it will fruit next year. If it fruited last year it should again this year. Good luck with it.

@catjac1975 you have to remember its a mufti graft tree, might not be able to reduce to 3 branches.

This looks like it would be great use for your spot. Note the main branches. Your tree is still young. Especially if you have missed a bloom concentrate on pruning for the future. I would leave one branch per variety for now.
