I walked outside and pulled one..This is how it looks. There are hundreds of them! I will probably hoe them out however if the heat is going to kill them again. Last year, it was very frustrating to watch them wilt despite my best efforts... :idunno

That's a great idea, thank you! I had multiple colors and also the Wave variety, so I'm very curious as to what I'll get.. It's funny the Wave petunias were gorgeous the entire Summer and into the Fall.. I may also try to give some away..

I have had wave petunias reseed pretty readily. Sometimes the color is not the same, but they are still nice vigorous plants. I was wondering if your seedlings could be chickweed, which look a little like petunia seedlings when they are small. But chickweed leaves won't get larger, like petunia leaves will, so you can tell by that, before they bloom.
