How did I not know you were in Ireland? When I was a little girl we had many neighbors near our lake house that were New York City dwellers that had emigrated from Ireland. They apparently loved little girls. They would come out to greet my mother and I as we walked to the beach. I can still hear their friendly lilting voices calling out to us.

I quietly moved over about 3.5 years ago, will be 4 years in June. The Irish love children! We have a saying here "It takes two people to make a child and the village to raise it"

Growing hydroponically, no fungus gnats either, they would need little scuba tanks to survive in that environment.

Love the photo and the reply. I too used my soil grown basil for pesto. It was good but, not enough basil. I will try your style next winter.
