Question About Garbage Man Tip

The city used to pick up kennel garbage for free ( high taxes) They made me buy a dumpster. Then the town decided last jan to stop picking up all dumpsters, I had to hire a private company. When the town picked up garbage for free I gave each of the 4 garbagemen $100 at Christmas time. Now I am paying $100 a month for garbage removal. There is only 1 man that coming with private company. How much should I tip for Xmas ?

It's not his fault that garbage service changed. Tip him $100 and he will be very happy with you.

I tip the garbage pick-up about one month's cost. I write a separate check to mail in with the December payment, same envelope. My cost is $22.52 per month and the tip is $20.

I tip the mail carrier a $10 gift card to a local grocery store. The newspaper carrier also gets $10. So sue me, I'm cheap.
