One of the aids my mom used when potty training her kids was to let the water run just a little in the sink while the kid was sitting on the potty. It helped put them in the mood.
Now, funny enough, when my DH is helping clean up after a meal, if he stands at the sink rinsing off dishes, he always has to take a break to go pee. His mama must have trained him well!

i've been fortunate in my adult life so far, for all the dreams i've had where i've had to pee and gone i've always woke to a dry bed. but those first few moments of waking up you're saying to yourself, "Did i really go?"
