some people get stuck, i'm not one of those who knows everything but i do try to help people out who seem to be that way and i'm also ok if in the end i can't help them, not all of us are compatible with each other.

still this question is one that i try to encourage people to consider is, "What are you telling yourself?" sometimes to make progress you need to pay attention to what you are telling yourself.

and then we can get into the followup question which is, "Is it true?"

then to get back to the quote from @digit's above. my mind doesn't believe everything i tell it. but i do agree with the other two parts of that quote ... color me quibble...
