Yes, pretty much all flours are susceptable to beetles although some more so than others.

I would keep it in the freezer.

All the other flour that I have stored was kept in the freezer for three or four days then packaged in airtight food grade containers. I then store them in a closet in the coolest room in the house. I will do the same with this. Thanks.
