WOW! I didn't know about all of these uses! :ep
I started growing sage so that I could substitute fresh for a jar of "Rubbed Sage" to cook with chicken and turkey!

I had a nice patch of what what labelled "Greek Sage"--it had shorter and fatter leaves. I died after about 3 years outside. NOW, I have common sage and Russian Sage growing and spreading right next to each other. I never dry it, 'cause I'll just walk outside, even in the snow, and pick what I need. I even had to cut it back because it was spreading outside of my bricked-in herb bed.

I am into the belief that our Mother Earth is my higher power!
