So lucky is right. Being outside in the gardens is good exercise and keeps you out of the kitchen.

Sometimes I think, "This is gonna kill me!"
Usually, it has to do with reaching and stretching and I know it will take some time.
I just go ahead and do it. I can puff and blow. Stand and catch my breath. Try it again. Usually, I can get through it and physically feel better for having done so! I ain't dun in ... I move on

Yay for Steve! Skinny Minnie! I managed to go on vacation and gorged myself on food. Came home and I still weighed the same! I'm still looking for the late repercussion to hit.

Carol, do you know how amazing your weight loss is? Statistically, at our age, very few people have the will power and drive to take that much weight off and keep it off.
