Whenever I have an unused corner of the greenhouse in the summer I like to grow Swiss Chard or beet greens. Chard tolerates the heat very well and grows quickly. The chard in the photo will be ready in about two weeks, and in the interim I will be starting seeds for beet greens.

After that last pepper pic, I thought I was going to see a basketball sized beet!!! Those greens look great. I always plant a ton of them. Use them all winter long in just about everything! As usual, beautiful plants!
