Slow Day at Work

Today is dead at work with Jewish New Year. Going to be a long day, times like this is how I get in trouble with ebay and craigslist. Happy New Year!!!

I'm spending time looking up plants that I can use in the beds around the office, etc. So... sort of work - right?

well, i got into trouble yesterday with ebay. i put a bid on some Salmon Faverolles hatching eggs and actually won them. how am i going to explain this to dh when they arrive next week. but they are Boulanger/Merlin lines! i had to have them! call it a very early b-day present.

i already have a few of Dick Boulanger's colored hens and i love their fluffiness, but they were some of his culls since they had fuzed 5th toes or one is missing her beard.
