The weather forecast is promising 3 straight days of rain. A reconditioned garden bed was all weeded, amended, tilled, and furrowed. Thanks to help of my my garden assistant Jes. I have brand new daylilies, hybridized here at TomCat Daylily Farm, that have been waiting for their day in the sun. They were all split and carefully examined. But, then the rain...So it was not too cold and my energy burst said, now is the time. Sometimes a girl just has to go out and garden with her kitty. Bud and I taking a break in the rain.

Another dreary day's weather. Looking over my blooms from last summer. I just have to show you, This Girl is On Fire. A gorgeous clump that bloomed on and on. This is one of my most popular hybrids. And I still love it.
